Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shropshire Wildlife Trust

About the role: 

Our current CEO will be retiring in July this year giving an exciting opportunity for a new Chief Executive Officer to provide inspirational and effective leadership including setting and delivering strategic goals and engaging a range of stakeholders. You’ll provide visionary leadership, leading a forward-looking organisation to include staff, volunteers and members.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working at senior management level ideally within a wildlife, environmental, community or not for profit organisation. You’ll be an inspirational, creative thinker with the vision, determination and ability to translate diverse needs into deliverable solutions. You will be able to demonstrate a broad strategic view whilst working as a team player.

  • 25 days holiday – increasing year on year to 30 days
  • Pension after 3 months of service
