About the opportunity 

We are seeking a full time Senior Administrator to support the delivery of the Food for Life Programme. You will be joining a friendly, passionate, customer-centered team, providing administrative support across a range of Food for Life schemes and leading in key areas of administrations. 

This role sits within our Central Operations team who deliver the four Food for Life Awards schemes: Schools, Early Years, Served Here, and Green Kitchen Standard. 

Your role 

You will be a key member of the Food for Life team, providing central administrative functions. You will primarily be providing customer service and leading on administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Food for Life Awards Programmes. Ensuring our exceptional standards and customer experience is maintained at all times.

About you 

You are self-motivated, pro-active, positive, organised and not fazed by changing priorities. You will effortlessly juggle multiple tasks from various teams within Food for Life and have a thorough and methodical approach to your work. You will have considerable administration experience within a busy office environment and be confident in all aspects of administration. 

You will enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy providing an excellent experience in being the first point of contact for Food for Life with internal or external staff. You will have a positive demeanour in your verbal and written communication at all times. 

General IT skills are essential, and you will already be competent using Microsoft Office applications and ideally using CRM systems or databases too. If you haven’t used MS Dynamics, or a similar one, before that’s fine as full training is given, but it is important that you are IT literate and willing to learn how to use a new piece of software.
