Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the county’s largest environmental charity, working for the protection and enhancement of Norfolk’s wildlife and wild places.

We have a rare opportunity for someone to work five days per week (35 hours per week) at our stunning visitor centre.

Senior Visitor Reception Assistant
Cley Marshes
£17,500 - £18,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The role will involve dealing with visitors’ enquiries, providing information, recruiting members to NWT and carrying out retail sales. The person will also assume responsibility for some stock ordering and act as a keyholder for the Visitor Centre. It requires excellent customer service skills to promote and maintain the reputation of NWT.

NWT has an excellent reputation not least for the way in which it manages the Cley Marshes Reserve, attracting a broad spectrum of visitors from across the UK and beyond: specialist naturalists, serious and casual bird watchers, tourists, day trippers and those simply wanting to enjoy the breath taking scenery and wildlife to be found here in North Norfolk.
