The Team Leader (Contracts & Support) is a newly created post to manage the contracts that are central to the functions of Waste and Environmental Services in order to deliver high standards of frontline services. The Team leader (Contracts & Support) will also oversee the Waste and Environmental Services performance management function that will drive customer focus and service improvement.

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in contract and performance management and a proven track record of using these to deliver service improvement and excellent customer experiences.
