Are you a natural communicator, with strong people skills and a passion for wildlife? Our Supporter Journey Officer role could be for you.

We believe that everyone in Nottinghamshire deserves to live and work in an environment that is rich in wildlife. Together with our supporters, we restore wildlife across our county, from the heart of our urban and suburban communities to our diverse rural landscapes. We want to create a Wilder Nottinghamshire, where people are thriving because of nature and nature is thriving because of people.

About the role:

Over 10,000 people support us by giving their time, talent and treasure to our charity. They are the lifeblood of our organisation and their contribution is valued. As Supporter Journey Officer, you will play a key role in looking after and building relationships with our supporters; including members, donors and community fundraisers. The post will also play a central role in welcoming new supporters to the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust family. Working within the Business Support and Development team, the role will contribute towards Trust’s unrestricted income targets.

What we are looking for:

  • An excellent communicator with strong people skills
  • A highly organised and driven team worker
  • Experience of raising unrestricted income for a charity is desirable, but not essential
  • A passion for UK wildlife

  • Pension with 8% employer contribution
  • 36 days annual leave (including public holidays)
  • Death in service benefit at 3 x annual salary
  • Health Care Cash Plan
