Founded nearly 30 years ago, LtL is a leading charity in outdoor education. We have offices in both Winchester and Stirling and have a UK and international brief operating through advocacy, research, membership, training and delivery.

LtL has a well established, committed and passionate team of delivery staff working on a variety of different projects and is currently looking to appoint a Director to lead the team in Scotland.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and securing funding for projects that demonstrate innovative and effective practice in outdoor learning and play. 
  • Leading the Scottish work to influence policy and practice in outdoor learning and play
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of LtL Scotland projects 
  • Ensuring sound financial and legal management of LtL Scotland’s work 

The role is full time (37 hours) but consideration will be given for a part time role (29.6 hours / 4 days).
