We are looking for new keen outdoor educators to lead and assist with activities on our innovative education program for school groups and visitors at Celtic Harmony Camp, the UK's largest Iron Age settlement, near Hertford.

We provide experiential learning through a range of hands-on activities from Archery to Woodland Quests as Neolithic Hunter Gatherers or Iron Age Warriors on various Prehistory Day and Residential Trips.

The ideal candidate will have

  • some experience / qualification in outdoor education or similar
  • interest in history, prehistory and teaching to children
  • good team player
  • own car


Full-time (40 hours a week) and part -time positions available from £16,016 to £17,077 gross per annum pro rata, on a monthly rota including weekends.

Remuneration dependent on experience with the opportunity to becoming a Senior Education Trainee earning £19,281 after 12 months and be able to progress to Education Officer after 24 months earning £20,000 gross per annum pro rata.
