We are looking for an excellent project manager with great people skills to lead and manage the Upstream Thinking Project for Cornwall Wildlife Trust. Upstream Thinking is South West Water’s flagship catchment management programme and we are the delivery partner across 4 Cornish catchments. The project is nearing the end of its current funding phase (March 2020) and will roll into the next phase until March 2025.

The role reports to the Head of Conservation and includes line management of 9 project officers (5.8 fte), responsibility for the budget (~400k/year) and remote project office. The project manager will continue to build relationships with South West Water, match funders and other Cornwall Wildlife Trust staff. They will also lead on the development of a further project phase (from 2025).

This role is fixed term until 31st March 2025, full time (37.5 hours per week) and typical hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm. Occasional weekend work may be required and there is a TOIL system.

The salary for this role is £29,000 dependent on experience.
