Data Services Officer
Location: Chester

RECORD is the local environmental record centre serving Cheshire, Halton, Warrington and Wirral and is an independent registered charity. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to deliver our core data services. Within a small, dedicated team, you will provide front line support to clients, volunteers and our natural history recording community.

As our Data Services Officer, you will be responsible for servicing data enquiries from a range of users, from initial contact through to delivery and invoicing. Working alongside partners, you will assist in data gathering and attend events to promote biological recording and the work of RECORD.

You will be a quick learner, adaptable and be capable of finding positive solutions to challenging situations. You will have experience of working with volunteers and engaging with public and partners as well as being comfortable working as part of a small team. You will be able to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
