Cumbria Local Nature Partnership Officer

£25,858 pro rata, per annum, plus pension contribution of 9% (Year 1 – Grade 6), equates to £10,343 per annum for a 14 hour week. 

Based in Kendal. Six Month Contract.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to help drive forward the nature conservation agenda in Cumbria within the busy Wider Countryside Department at Cumbria Wildlife Trust. Working closely with partners from a variety of sectors you will lead the continued development of the Cumbria Local Nature Partnership, seeking to align strategic priorities for wildlife in Cumbria within the wider policy context. An outgoing, friendly person you will form strong relationships with key partners to deliver and report on actions for wildlife throughout Cumbria as well as leading the development of Cumbria’s Nature Recovery Network.
