Job Purpose:

Researching and analysing information for regular subscription reports on the energy market. Supporting bespoke research and delivery of information for key clients. Actively participate in enhancing research and identifying new areas of commercial opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for authoring high quality and punctual content for a suite of publications including products covering wholesale market prices and renewables support schemes
  • Responsible for gathering information, inputting data and identifying key trends or relevant impacts to customers
  • Develop knowledge of the wholesale generation and renewables markets and the wider energy industry through research, regular reporting, webinars and knowledge sharing meetings to keep content fresh and up to date
  • Effectively communicate the key outputs of the research to the team and customers, focusing the information to the audience
  • Take a proactive role in the team, contributing ideas and leanings to the business and customers
  • Explore new commercial opportunities through customer contact
  • Provide support to team members as required
  • Involvement in team ad-hoc projects as required
  • Contribute to supporting the training business

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Educated to degree level (essential)
