Part time role, 2-3 days per week. 

This role will support the work of Coed Lleol (Small Woods Wales) with a variety of administrative and data entry tasks, as we develop a range of exciting new projects, all contributing to improving people’s health and wellbeing through co-ordination of woodland activities.

Job Purpose:

  • Work with the Research and Evaluation Officer, to input participant data into a database for the Healthy and Active fund.
  • Work with the Research and Evaluation Officer to quality check and provide support to the Coed Lleol team in collection of data.
  • Maintain and develop systems to support the organisation in its work, linking with staff in locations across Wales to facilitate efficiency, effectiveness and enjoyment.
  • Help the Coed Lleol team with knowledge of administration and I.T. systems through learning from the Small Woods I.T. team.
