Dialogue Matters is a small, informal and friendly company and we are looking for someone special to help us achieve more. We design and facilitate Stakeholder Dialogue and train people in great practice. Our work results in better decisions and outcomes for people and nature or better research and research impact. We work here in the UK and abroad, and at local, regional and international level.

You will

  • Coordinate processes, keep day to day tasks on track, and liaise with associates and clients
  • Handle logistics, prepare for workshops, support delivery, process outputs and report
  • Contribute to plans and desktop research
  • Scan for suitable work and contribute to bids
  • Help develop new areas of work

You will have

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional work skills (emails, phone, self-management, time-management, work prioritisation)
  • An environmental degree or similar
  • Familiarity with environmental policy, organisations and interests
  • The ability to organise and manage projects to ensure they are on track
  • You will have, or be keen to learn, facilitation and participation skills and techniques
  • A clean driving licence and own transport

This job will require travel, work and overnight stays outside normal working hours so flexibility is essential.
