Role Responsibilities

As the Systems and Compliance Supervisor your main duties will include:

Contract Delivery and Performance Management:

  • Have a sound knowledge of contractual agreements, ensure compliance and best in class contract monitoring and adherence to performance standards
  • Ability to articulate and present data confidently
  • Support Managers with analysis of key management systems, including our workforce management system (Acorn) and develop management information to improve efficiency and quality monitoring
  • Act as the Acorn super-user and with managers’ support act as the Acorn work programme manager
  • Have a clear understanding of the client’s key service objectives and KPI’s, and assist with delivering these within acceptable performance standards
  • Produce monthly and annual reports on performance for review by the client team and idverde senior management
  • Attend and present monthly performance review meetings with the client
  • Work with managers to adapt and amend work content and programmes as and when needed i.e. site amendments and change control notices
  • Take responsibility for training and support of operational system users within the contract using and maintaining the contract training matrix
  • Support and encourage positive employee engagement and communication processes at all levels

Quality, Health & Safety and Environment:

  • Contribute, maintain and test the contract’s Business Continuity Plan
  • Maintain the contract’s risk register and ensure it is reviewed regularly
  • Understand the law relating to Health & Safety and the Environment and assist the Contract Director and QHSE Managers to effectively implement the Company’s Integrated Management System
  • Assist idverde’s QHSE Managers with internal audits of idverde’s systems and prepare for external audits with NQA
  • Ensure that systems in place enable the effective recording and auditing of idverde’s Integrated Management System which includes ISO 9001; ISO 14001: and OHSAS 18001
  • Plan, review, recommend, implement and monitor Health and Safety management systems and practises within the contract
  • Maintain a contract Health and Safety Plan based on audits with defined responsibilities and delivery dates

Skills/Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent IT literacy skills and ability of a demonstrable high standard to use various packages, ideally all of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of grounds maintenance software or other parks management technologies would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of the operating system Confirm Connect would be beneficial
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualified
  • High standards of written comprehension in relation to reading and understanding business documents (e.g. contract specifications)
  • Highly numerate with an aptitude for analysis
