Wheels for All Co-ordinator

Initially a 1-year position (with the possibility of a 12-month extension)

Supporting the delivery & development of Copeland Wheels for All

Cycling Projects is pleased to announce the development of the Copeland Wheels for All initiative that will bring cycling to many people regardless of their ability.

We are recruiting a Wheels for All Co-ordinator to deliver and develop a well-received inclusive cycling offer for the Copeland region, creating regular inclusive cycling opportunities across the borough.

As the Wheels for All co-ordinator you will be responsible for the delivery of the inclusive cycling sessions, managing a growing network of partners and recruiting and retaining volunteers to support the programme across the Copeland.

You will be a highly motivated individual with experience of working across a broad section of partners. You will ideally have experience of managing community projects and have experience of working with people of all abilities/or previously worked for a charity. You will be enthusiastic, driven, well organised and able to embrace cycling as a credible and beneficial activity for people regardless of their ability. We want you to create a solid movement of inclusive cycling activities across Copeland and be part of an effective and exciting movement of inclusive cycling opportunities

Closing Date for applications will be Tuesday 30th July at 5pm and interviews will be held week commencing 5th August 2019.
