Are you a strong Programme Manager with the skills to work in partnership with WWF network offices to deliver a portfolio of high impact conservation programmes? Our Regional Manager will work closely with colleagues overseas and in the UK to support the development and delivery of programme and advocacy strategies and manage budgets. You will also implement M&E frameworks with clear targets to help monitor impact and demonstrate success as well as provide technical and financial reporting.

Our Regional Manager will engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders to provide thought leadership, partnership approaches and organisational development support to strengthen the long-term impacts of programmes as well as work with colleagues to develop powerful evidence-based stories and narratives to engage our supporters, businesses, media and new audiences. We will also look to you to share learning and support capacity building.

You will have considerable experience of developing, managing and monitoring the delivery of conservation and/or development programmes internationally, ideally covering the Amazon or Latin America. Skilled at thinking critically, you will be good at influencing others and able to work in a flexible, adaptable manner.

You should have experience of supporting teams remotely and the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders, taking into account multi-cultural sensitivity, relevant regional language and experiences.

Relevant professional qualifications, to at least MSc or PhD level would be desirable.
