Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone to join our team of Horticultural Therapists to deliver Thrive’s Social & Therapeutic Horticulture programmes from the prestigious gardens of Battersea Park. Reporting to the Garden & Client Manager, the role will involve assessing City & Guilds Horticulture qualifications at Entry, Level 1 and Level 2.

You will be passionate about using gardening and horticulture to improve people’s lives. You will be working with groups of up to 8 client gardeners, taking an individual yet structured approach to improve their particular health needs and to work on goals they want to achieve. You will also pro-actively support revenue raising initiatives which include our sales kiosk social enterprise and our expanding offering of corporate volunteering days. This role may have scope to develop line management responsibilities in the future.
