3Keel is now looking for an office and operations manager who can support our business growth as our staff and team requirements change. We are looking for a friendly individual with excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.

About the role

We are looking for a new team member to take responsibility for managing the day to day functioning of our small office. Core activities will include: invoicing and expense management, VAT returns, procuring office supplies and services, managing subscriptions, coordinating team travel, and organising team social activities.

Essential skills

  • outstanding organisation;
  • computer and web-based application use (e.g. for expense management);
  • VAT returns;
  • proficiency using Excel and general numeracy;
  • excellent verbal communication;
  • a positive attitude to contribute to a positive and supportive office environment; and
  • passion for environmental and social sustainability

Desirable skills

  • experience working in a small business;
  • Xero accountancy software experience; and / or
  • multiple languages

You will be working in our small operations team led by a Partner and supported by two part time operation managers. Shortlisted candidates will be provided additional information on the role in advance of the assessment process.
