The successful candidates will be able to develop a comprehensive understanding of corporate environmental reporting and emerging practices.

The roles’ main focus will be to support CDP’s reporting workstreams, while also providing support to colleagues working on questionnaire and guidance development.

About CDP

CDP is an international non-profit that drives companies and governments to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, safeguard water resources and protect forests. Voted number one climate research provider by investors and working with institutional investors with assets of US$87 trillion, we leverage investor and buyer power to motivate companies to disclose and manage their environmental impacts. Over 7,000 companies with over 50% of global market capitalization disclosed environmental data through CDP in 2018. This is in addition to the over 750 cities, states and regions who disclosed, making CDP’s platform one of the richest sources of information globally on how companies and governments are driving environmental change. CDP, formerly Carbon Disclosure Project, is a founding member of the We Mean Business Coalition. Visit cdp.net/en or follow us @CDP to find out more.

About the Reporting Team

The Reporting team provides a critical contribution to CDP’s mission. We develop CDP’s world leading questionnaires and guidance for organizations reporting environmental information to investors, customers and other data-users. We balance completeness, transparency and high quality of data requested by data-users with the practicality and resources required by companies to collect and report on this data within their own operations and throughout their value chains. This ensures that the questionnaires drive companies’ actions beyond business as usual, catalysing change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Inputting, checking and testing the questionnaires and guidance;
  • Responding to internal technical queries on the questionnaires and guidance;
  • Preparing and delivering internal and external communications materials
