We are looking for a strong communicator to support farmers into environmental land management. Much of the role will be spent out on farms, building relationships and finding mutually beneficial solutions for wildlife, water and farming.

We currently have multiple projects in the mid and west of Cornwall which require a flexible, solutions-focused farm adviser. The work may include responsibility for a grants budget, to part-fund farm infrastructure improvements.

The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) for 1 year with possibility of extension. Typical hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm. Flexible working arrangements or part time hours may be considered. Occasional weekend work may be required to support our wider work.

Secondments considered.

Salary £25,000 to £30,000 fte pa.

‘Hot desks’ will be available at both our Truro HQ and Camborne office, depending on the task in hand.
