This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced person to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable, lonely and isolated people over 50 in Middlesbrough, through the provision of home energy efficiency advice and support.

You will provide general home energy efficiency advice to people over 50 in a range of venues including people’s homes, community venues and public events. Adopting a holistic approach, you will engage with people over 50 to identify any additional factors that might impact on their loneliness and isolation. In addition, you will provide training to front-line staff and community organisations, with a focus on engaging the health & social care sector. With previous experience of providing one-to-one advice and delivering training in community settings, you will be person focussed with a commitment to delivering excellent person-centred service.
