Wild Frontier Ecology Ltd is an established consultancy based in Norfolk. We are a busy, broad-based practice, with experience in most areas of professional ecological consultancy. We are looking to expand our arboricultural services.

We are seeking an arboriculturist to assist with our work. The ideal candidate will have, or be working towards, a Level 2 or above qualification in Arboriculture (or equivalent), and experience of undertaking tree surveys in line with the requirements of BS5837:2012.

The role is anticipated to be a mixture of field survey and report writing. Technical report writing and IT proficiency, especially with GIS and/ or CAD will need to be demonstrated. Also of importance will be the ability to work flexibly as part of a team, with good organisational skills. The successful candidate may, from time to time, be required to assist with protected species surveys, for which training will be provided.

Having your own transport will be necessary due to the rural office location. Salary will be £18-25K pro rata depending on experience. The position is full-time, for an initial period of six months with a likelihood of the role becoming permanent. The post will be based in Norfolk.

To apply, send a full CV and covering letter, to Robert Yaxley at rob@wildfrontier-ecology.co.uk.

Closing date is 25th May 2019.
