Contract: Casual contract from 30 April to 5 July 2019 (with possible extension) 

Salary: From £10.00 to £11.55 per hour (dependent on location) – paid at above Living Wage

Location: Various locations across England - extensive travel and overnight stays throughout the week.

Keep Britain Tidy, is looking for a surveyor to join its Litter and Place Services team. The Litter and Place Services team works to generate local, regional and national support for Keep Britain Tidy through the development and delivery of client focused solutions to land and greenspace managers and others with a need for Keep Britain Tidy’s services and solutions.

The main feature of this role is to deliver on the ground independent surveys across England, the job will be driving and doing on the ground surveys across England and includes overnight stays throughout the working week.

The project will start on Tuesday 30 April 2019 and is expected to finish on Friday 5 July 2019 but may be extended due to contract. We are looking for a Surveyor who will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm, for approximately 8 hours per day (including a 30 minute unpaid break).

The position will provide excellent experience for those looking for a career in the environmental sector and understanding local environmental quality issues. You will be paid at an enhanced Living Wage rate applicable to the location of this post. Further employment may be available at the end of this contract.

Full training will be provided at the start of the project.
