Nottingham Energy Partnership (NEP) is a well-established environmental charity operating across the UK.

NEP is re-structuring its Affordable Warmth team and is now looking to recruit an Energy Advice & Administration Officer to its Affordable Warmth team to work on its main projects addressing fuel poverty and energy efficiency in the home.

This is a highly desirable role that will suit someone with an understanding of current energy policy and sustainability issues in a wider context. Excellent organisation, customer service and administration skills. Exceptional telephone skills and experience in working within an administrative operations target driven environment are expected.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, a real team player to work together in order to meet the team’s needs and organisational goals. The ability to operate to stringent quality targets often under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential.

A relevant degree or equivalent would be advantageous, although not essential and at least two years’ experience in a similar role is required.
