The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) is an international organisation dedicated to ensuring that forests are managed in a responsible manner across the globe. FSC UK, based in Llanidloes, Powys, is one of the larger national offices. FSC UK is a registered charity responsible for promoting the FSC’s aims and objectives throughout the United Kingdom.

It is essential that the relationship we have with our licence holders, i.e. those companies that hold FSC certification or a licence to use our trademarks, is proactively managed and that we support those companies committed to the FSC system.

We are seeking a new member of our team, who will assist us in our work to engage, support and represent existing FSC licence holders and drive the demand for FSC certified materials. The Administrative Assistant role requires a methodical and conscientious individual who possesses keen attention to detail. This role will be best suited to a patient and polite individual who, with training, can understand and communicate FSC's requirements effectively and empathetically. A willingness to undertake a variety of tasks will be essential in contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the FSC UK office.
