The Energy Projects Assessor role presents an exciting opportunity to join our award winning Energy Projects team and deliver a range of services across our estate and to our customers, supporting our ambition to become a carbon neutral city by 2028. The successful candidate will join our growing team of leading energy specialists, supporting us to become a quality provider of energy efficiency and compliance services, and specifically delivering ESOS audits amongst other energy services to a range of business customers.

This is a permanent post with a starting salary of £24,657 (Level One) rising to £26,470 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to provide technical advice and recommendations for EPC regulation compliance
  • Practical experience of energy auditing in a wide range of customers
  • Energy/environmental degree or equivalent (e.g. Domestic/Commerical EPC Assessor, DEC Assessor, ESOS Lead Assessor)
