Fundraising Operations Manager

£30,750 per annum

37.5 hours per week – initial 6 month contract - based in Bristol

This is an exciting opportunity to provide support in key areas of income and expenditure including the management of financial reporting, budgeting and data responsibilities for the Fundraising & Retail department, ensuring budgets are managed and updated where necessary. The role will also line manage the Fundraising administration team, allocating and prioritising workload and provide specialist support and training in systems such as Donorflex, Evergiving and online income providers.

Educated to degree level or equivalent and trained to a high level of competency in Microsoft Excel and Access, you will have a strong background in managing, supervising, supporting and delegating to team members. You will have experience in supporting and analysing data from complex and diverse databases, producing and implementing procedures, applying GDPR regulations and providing training/instructions to others. Your excellent communications and interpersonal skills will enhance your ability to lead the team. You will have a high level of IT literacy, excellent analytical skills and an understanding of the different elements of fundraising including the gift aid scheme and HMRC requirements. You will also be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.
