Wild Service is the ecological and land management consultancy of the Gloucestershire and Avon Wildlife Trusts. We are dedicated to delivering high quality ecological work within the commercial sector and supporting the work of the Wildlife Trusts.

We are looking for a highly motivated ecologist/assistant ecologist with ecological knowledge of a range of habitats and species, experience of providing ecological advice, and good communication skills.

The role will involve undertaking protected species and Phase 1 habitat surveys to current industry standards and assisting in preparing high-quality ecological reports and advice to both internal and external clients. Experience of delivering ecological services is essential and a Natural England bat survey licence and/or great crested survey licence is desirable.
