With stockists ranging from Wholefoods and Ocado to Harrods and Sainsbury’s, 100% Natural is now looking for someone to help implement an ambitious growth strategy both in the UK and abroad.

We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial, leadership skills and experience in building a strong, synergetic team. You will be responsible for managing the safe passage of our ingredients on a wind-powered sail ship, helping to source the most delicious, sustainable ingredients, account management, logistics and operations and will hire in support to fill each of these roles individually as the company grows. The ideal candidate is an operations genius with a love of spread sheets and numbers.

Being passionate about food sustainability is a must and an ability to create and support strong foundations of the business is paramount.

You will be;

  • Working alongside the founder to grow the business into a multinational health foods brand
  • Strategic Planning & Commercial Management: view to grow the business into a multinational health foods brand 
  • Recruitment
    • Identifying and structuring roles within the business
    • Managing the recruitment process to fill those roles with an incredible team
    • The ability to identify exceptional people to join the team and be able to motivate them to excel
  • Operations
    • In charge of creating and managing a streamlined operation and
    • Ensuring order, production and delivery schedules are up to date
    • Managing key accounts and sales pipeline from order to delivery 

You

  • Have some level of experience in a leadership/management role
  • Love a challenge 
  • Love the planet
  • Entrepreneurial: previous experience in a food start-up is a plus
  • Experience with P&L management, budgets and forecasting
  • Experience in hiring and bringing together a team
  • Love creating and implementing systems processes
  • Self-starter, extremely organised and highly motivated

Compensation will include an equity interest in the company on terms to be discussed.
