You will grow and lead a volunteer team to offer a high quality customer service and be responsible for the delivery of a changing and inspiring visitor offer including events and educational activities. Your work will create the platform to help grow commercial support for the RSPB through donations, events and RSPB membership.

Your initial focus will be at Bowling Green Marsh in Topsham, which offers amazing views of wintering wildfowl and waders. Here, in addition to the traditional hide, we have recently created a new wildlife garden and opened a new space, The Lookout, designed as a front room with a view to encourage everyone, particularly families and less able visitors to enjoy an up close view of the spectacle. We want to grow the existing volunteer team to offer excellent live interpretation and to develop our small catering offer in order to grown support for the RSPB.
