SRE Ltd is a sustainability and renewable energy consultancy advising architects, developers and contractors. We’re based in attractive and roomy offices in the village of Froxfield, 3 miles outside Petersfield. We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator for up to 2 days a week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining an organized and tidy office including ensuring adequate provision of stationery, office and kitchen supplies; organising staff training, company lunches and events; receiving and distributing incoming communications; recording attendance and tracking project progress
  • Overseeing SRE’s Health and Safety policy including undertaking monthly Health and Safety check of office; ensuring health and safety equipment adequate and in good order; organizing annual PAT checks and fire extinguisher checks
  • Assisting with HR & PR and Marketing including posting adverts; assessing job applications, organizing interviews; organizing design and printing of marketing literature; etc.

Candidates will require:

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Customer Outlook Manager
  • understanding of and ease of use of Social Media

The job will be part-time, ideally 12 hours over a Monday and Tuesday. Hourly rate will be dependent on experience and ability.
