TEP is seeking to recruit a Landscape Architect at Principal level to support, manage and grow our strategic open space, green infrastructure and management plan projects. This is a full time post based in our Warrington Office, working as part of our 30 strong Land Management Team. These projects are multi-disciplinary and will involve working closely with our Landscape Design, Environmental Planning, GIS and Ecology Teams.

Working across TEP’s skill teams and offices, the role will involve leading and working on Open Space Assessments, Green Infrastructure Strategies, Landscape Management Plans, Conservation Management Plans and other strategic landscape projects in a landscape management and landscape planning capacity.

The role involves managing and delivering projects supported by a team of talented landscape managers, landscape designers, planners and other environmental disciplines. The role will also involve direct line management and mentoring of team members.

There will also be opportunities to get involved in business development, bidding for new work, and growing our services across TEP’s teams and offices nationally.
