Experienced Sales Accounts Administrator Required

Operation Wallacea is a large organisation arranging and carrying out large scale biodiversity expeditions abroad. Running specialist expeditions for school and university students, we need help from an experienced administrator to assist with a very busy sales team.

The position will be office based in our beautiful converted stable offices in Old Bolingbroke, Lincolnshire. This is a full time position, 9 - 5.30pm, with duties including:

  • Raising invoices.
  • Managing key contacts and group booking details
  • Answering telephones.
  • Organising mass mailings (postal and email).
  • Diary management.
  • Arranging accommodation and other travel bookings.
  • Designing and updating company materials (presentations, reports, general materials).
  • Assisting with website design and management.
  • Fulfilling a staff position in the summer expeditions (you will be matched with the most appropriate role).
