Digital Product Manager (ref: SUS2553)

£30,750 per annum

37.5 hours per week – 2 year contract - based in Bristol

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and prioritise the roadmap for a portfolio of digital products at Sustrans, taking an evidence-based and user-first approach to product development, initially with a focus on the National Cycle Network and the Sustrans online shop.

You will be working with external and internal researchers and stakeholders to understand and define the problems and opportunities to be addressed through digital products, collaborating with colleagues from many areas to think big and to generate innovative solutions to these problems ensuring a rigorous and professional approach to digital product development.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a strong background in managing and developing digital products and demonstrable experience using e-commerce platforms and optimising website performance. You will have project management experience, the ability to present information to non-technical teams and experience of working with digital agencies. Your excellent communications and interpersonal skills will enhance your ability to build understanding around the role of digital technology at Sustrans. You will also have a high level of IT literacy, an understanding of the technical architecture of complex web and mobile applications and be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.
