The company invests significantly to derive income through the enlivenment program and strategy of creating places the people prefer; working with preferred business partners and select agents the commercialisation team are responsible for delivering a multi-million pound income stream as well as curating projects that deliver excitement and entertainment to our visitors.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting field based teams with quarterly, half yearly and full yearly reporting into sustainability database cr360
  • Ensuring timely and accurate provision of sustainability information
  • Preparing quarterly performance reports
  • Actively supporting the company’s transition to a new set of sustainability data systems
  • Understanding BL sustainability requirements and context and translating those into BE reporting processes
  • Leading on data quality, assurance, system maintenance, user support
  • Acting as the main point of contact for sub-contracted data analysts and BL on managed portfolio sustainability information.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications 


  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and experience of working with data or corporate data systems (e.g. cr360) to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Enthusiasm for transforming raw data into engaging and insightful visualisations and reports, allowing managers to make informed decisions
  • Commercial awareness, and an understanding of how data is used to drive change, and support business cases, work winning, and customer engagement
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; a problem solver; proactive; a finisher
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a fast-paced team, and to tight deadlines at certain points in the reporting calendar
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with and teach others how to use IT tools
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Project management skills
  • Passionate about sustainability Desirable:
  • At least 3 years of experience, or an educational background, in the environmental, sustainability, or energy management fields
  • Working knowledge of cr360 data system (or similar sustainability databases)
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI (or similar Business Intelligence packages)
  • Experience delivering IT projects
  • Experience of the Property sector, its sustainability challenges and opportunities

Principle Responsibilities

Sustainability data collection and completeness

  • Ensuring timely retail and office data submissions, data completeness and quality
  • Ensuring utilities data is uploaded correctly on cr360 for Q1, HY, Q3 and YE reports
  • Uploading portfolio energy, water and waste data files on cr360
  • Investigating and resolving data issues
  • Running data checks and collecting and importing explanations of electricity, fuel, water and waste data variances Cr360 User support 
  • Induction and training
  • Providing advice on system and process related queries Cr360 system maintenance
  • Managing properties and user lists
  • Creating/amending data charts
  • Creating/amending delegation forms to collect data agreed with BL
  • Ensuring all portfolio meters are registered and set up
  • Maintaining weather correction module for energy reporting Quality Assurance and Reporting
  • Performing quarterly data checks (quality assurance)
  • Managing data audits performed by external consultants
  • Running quarterly performance reports
  • Creating reporting templates
  • Benchmarking managed assets
  • Providing sustainability data for BE asset and corporate level reports
  • Supporting BL with data issues arising from year-end reporting processes Supporting IT transitions
  • Day-to-day project management of the sustainability systems transition project
  • Working with users to agree requirements for the new design
  • Leading user acceptance testing and liaising with the appropriate team Manage BE engagement with external sustainability auditors
  • Provide required evidence
  • Ensure timely responses by all parties
  • Ownership of third party relationship and reporting on performance KPI’s of chosen partners. Escalating to Directors where necessary Processes and guidelines
  • Documenting/updating sustainability data collection processes
  • Drafting user guidelines
