Individual Giving Officer

£24,204 per annum

37.5 hours per week – based in Bristol

This exciting role will manage supporter stewardship and retention in support of the implementation of the donor development strategy with the aim of increasing income and minimising attrition. The role will deliver an annual programme of supporter fundraising communications and assist in the development of new and existing fundraising initiatives to establish a donor journey that will engage and delight supporters. The role will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with fundraising regulation and data legislation.

With a good standard of education, you will have experience of working in a fundraising or donor marketing environment, of fundraising marketing campaigns/appeals and of producing and collating content for differing mediums including website content. With excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, you will be able to build and maintain productive working relationships and successfully plan and manage your workload. You will also have excellent IT literacy and be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.
