Required to deliver community empowerment initiatives as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will engage and support participants to establish community associations and also engage with partners to improve the quality of greenspaces. Previous relevant experience of working with community groups together with a knowledge of a range of community engagement principles/techniques is required. Good organisational, project management, presentation, IT skills and the ability to work flexibly under time/project pressures is essential. The role will involve a level of evening and weekend working, for which time in lieu will be provided in line with the Conditions of Service. A current driving licence is desirable.
