Learning Development Officer
Part time, 0.8 FTE
1 year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension

Avon Wildlife Trust delivers a range of programmes that support children and families to connect with nature, learn new skills and take action for wildlife. Activities are delivered in green spaces around Bristol and include outdoor play sessions, Wildlife Watch activities and community events. This work is supported by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven experience of delivering inspiring outdoor learning programmes. You need to be flexible, as out-of-hours work may be required, and have a clean driving licence.

Avon Wildlife Trust is a charity dedicated to working with local people for local wildlife, covering the West of England region (former county of Avon). It is supported by more than 17,500 members, manages over 30 nature reserves and is one of 46 Wildlife Trusts in the UK.

Closing date: Monday 22nd October 2018 (9am) 
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a first interview on Tuesday 30th October 2018.
Applicants may be asked to attend a second interview on Wednesday 14th November 2018.
