Delivery Co-ordinator, Workplaces

£26,985 per annum (Ref: SUS2450)

37.5 hours per week – initial contract to 30 June 2019

based in Edinburgh

This exciting new role will identify, develop and implement projects and programmes of work designed to get more people walking and cycling to and from workplaces across Scotland and will work as part of a team identifying and delivering community led projects designed to create environments that support active travel, strengthen communities and improve place quality. 

Educated to degree level or equivalent you will have significant experience of managing and delivery projects in the community, workplaces or education setting through consultation, outreach or engagement with a range of partners. With excellent written and verbal communications skills and experience of partnership working with key stakeholders, you will have good interpersonal and presentation skills, the ability to organise events and effective time management skills. You will have good leadership skills, experience of line management, the ability to build successful relationships and the ability to motivate others. You will also be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport. Clearance by the appropriate Disclosure Scotland check is mandatory for this role.
