The Trust is looking for a diligent, enthusiastic and motivated HR, Safety & Welfare Officer to deliver HR, Safety & Welfare services to Cornwall Wildlife Trust and Cornwall Environmental Consultants, under the guidance of HR Safety & Welfare Manager.

You will assist in the management of the HR and H&S practice and protocols, help drive continuous improvement of the safety programme and help ensure the business is kept compliant with all relevant HR, health, safety & environmental legislation.

Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees, your interpersonal skills will be paramount for this role as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. Full or part CIPD / NEBOSH qualification is desirable but not essential.

Based at Cornwall Wildlife Trust HQ, Allet, Truro, Cornwall, TR4 9DJ.
This role is 22.5 hours (3 days) a week and typical hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Initial fixed term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Salary £25,000 per annum pro rata.
