Chief Officer with Scottish Environment LINK

Scotland’s third sector environmental network is recruiting a new Chief Officer as the present post-holder moves on. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse and vibrant network and to support its onward development.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated person, who appreciates the nature of partnership working, thrives on demand, is skilled in leading and supporting a team, an excellent organizer and an adept communicator. The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with well-developed analytical and planning abilities, knowledge and understanding of financial systems, fundraising and experience in operating budgets. They will have good working knowledge of Scottish and UK political contexts and structures; and awareness of the environmental policy landscape at Scottish, UK and international levels.

This is a dynamic and rewarding position requiring energy, patience, imagination and drive.

Full-time, based in Perth

Salary £38,000-£45,000 depending on skills and experience
