Senior / Principal Landscape Architect (Minerals, Waste & Environment)

The Mineral Planning Group Ltd.

Bradford, West Yorkshire

Paid • Full Time • Permanent

Closing date: Monday, 3rd September 2018

After recently securing EU funding as part of our plan to expand the range of services we are able to offer our clients, we have identified a need for ‘in-house’ Landscape Expertise.

For over 25 years MPG has been considered one of the U.K’s top minerals & waste planning consultancies, with almost 300 past / present clients situated across the country from North Yorkshire to Cornwall.

We specialise in making planning applications for dimensional (building) stone sites which, by their nature (hard rock), are largely located in upland, exposed and readily visible environments. As such, mitigating potential landscape impact through careful quarry and restoration design is critical to securing planning permission.

Alongside mineral applications, we are currently co-ordinating the submission of several commercial and residential developments.
