Naturally Compliant is an environmental consultancy that was established to provide onsite survey, advice and monitoring resource to the construction sector. We work proactively to identify risks and offer advice on mitigation before they become constraints.

We have recently launched a successful training curriculum to the industry that provides delegates with practical advice and information on the most common environmental constraints associated with construction. Naturally Compliant are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and outgoing individual to present, market and manage the training events with support from Naturally Compliant colleagues.

The position presents the opportunity for an ambitious and driven candidate looking to take their next career step and join the company at an exciting time.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the events using our own CPD accredited training material.
  • Work with the business development team to promote the curriculum to the target audience
  • Manage the training schedule and resource requirements
  • Feed in to the quality control system
  • Promote a positive working environment of awareness, responsibility and continual improvement.

The successful candidate will have the following;

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills,
  • A broad knowledge of environmental constraints associated with the construction industry is desirable but not essential
  • Proven self-starter with independent problem-solving ability,
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work unsupervised,
  • Willing to travel with overnight stays
