About you
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work on the processor team. This role will be specifically working within the cosmetics sector and will see you working with businesses right across the supply chain from manufacturing, wholesaling and retail, as well as various brands. A good understanding of chemistry or cosmetics science is required for the role and ideally, we’re looking for candidates that already have some experience of working with organic and/or have experience of the organic certification processes.

Your role
You will be handling all aspects of organic certification for a portfolio of businesses with a diverse range of activities. The role involves managing the ongoing organic certification of these accounts as well as account management, so you will need to be able demonstrate technical understanding of the cosmetics industry and organic standards, as well as be able to build and maintain relationships.

Your experience
To be successful in this role you will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent experience in the cosmetics industry or a chemistry based role. You will enjoy and be skilled in building relationships with a proactive and positive approach to service delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident IT skills are essential to the role. We are looking for you to be highly organised with the ability to provide solutions within tight deadlines and to show an awareness of the commercial demands on food businesses. We are also looking for you to demonstrate an ability to manage your own workload and to show excellent customer service skills over the phone and in person.
