Cycling UK sets up and supports cycling development projects across the UK that encourage more people to cycle. Through our experienced development team, we utilise cycling to achieve behaviour change in local communities. Our development team has years of experience in engaging communities, behaviour change initiatives and using cycling to overcome challenges.

We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Development for our programmes across England. This hugely exciting and challenging role will lead and inspire Cycling UK’s Development and Behaviour Change programmes across England. You will lead on the implantation, monitoring and stakeholder engagement of all development and behaviour change work, ensuring targets are meet and programs can evolve to meet the demands of future funding and Cycling UK’s aims.

Along with the Director of Development you will take the lead on devising and implementing new projects and programmes, you will help evidence that Cycling UK can deliver value to the English economy in terms of social, transport and health outcomes, at Cycling UK we are passionate about the positive difference cycling makes to people and communities and this role is integral to us meeting our objectives.
