The Biodiversity Recording and Monitoring Centre (BRMC) is the Local Environmental Records Centre for Bedfordshire & Luton, hosted by the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. We collect, collate and manage information about the natural environment across the county. We are looking for someone to join our small team to assist in validating and importing species records into the BRMC database and assist with requests for data and project work.

The successful candidate will be part of a small team working with local naturalists and a wide range of partners. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to change, with experience of using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word. You will be able to demonstrate a personal commitment to biodiversity conservation, be highly motivated with a keen eye for detail, taking pride in the work you produce.

The role is part time (15 hours per week).
