Purpose

Resource Futures has a Core Services team works across the business enabling and empowering everyone at RF to perform effectively, achieve their full potential and deliver quality work on every project. The team provides advice and support on Finance, Human Resources, Integrated Management Systems, Facilities and IT. We are looking for a conscientious administrator who enjoys working with and is accurate with numeric data as well as words to join our busy and friendly team in Bristol. The role will assist both the Finance & Facilities Manager and the HR & Business Quality Manager to provide administrative support depending on the business needs. This role is a fantastic opportunity as it has the potential to develop to a larger scope in the long term.

Nature and scope

The role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy office environment and a varied workload. A positive “can do” attitude, excellent organisational skills and self-motivation to learn would be a great advantage. Full training will be provided.

Finance and Facilities Administration:

  • Processing staff expense forms
  • Filing financial paperwork
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Support on ‘Big Time’ online timesheet administration
  • General book keeping
  • Processing the casual employees’ payroll on a weekly basis
  • Internet banking admin
  • Facilities’ administration and support
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as requested by the Finance and Facilities Manager

HR and Integrated Management Systems Administration:

  • Recruitment administration including processing job applications, requesting references and writing letters to the candidates
  • Maintaining employee HR records (using the HR software and hard copy) including Learning & Development records
  • Supporting with Learning & Development events
  • Assisting with the HR reports as requested
  • Supporting with Integrated Management Systems administration
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as requested by the HR & Business Quality Manager
