This is a unique opportunity to help shape biodiversity policy for a generation. Playing a leading role in the RSPB's policy and advocacy team, you will help make the case for world-leading laws and policies to drive the recovery of the natural world. By working with scientists, influencers and policy makers in the international community, the UK and the devolved adminstrations, you will help the RSPB and its partners maximise the opportunities and minimise the risks to nature associated with Brexit, including influencing the implementation of DEFRA's 25 year enviornment plan. You will also work with the RSPB's fantastic community of conservation practitioners to ensure that the changes you advocate make a real difference to nature on the ground, helping birds and other wildlife thrive in our changing world. This post requires a passionate and dedicated advocate with a strong grasp of conservation policy, as well as an appetite for thinking big.
