Salary: £29,033 starting salary, pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, to include Tuesdays
Contract: Fixed term to 31 May 2019. This post is funded by the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Union.
Location: This post is based in Cardiff or Bangor, with travel throughout Wales. There will be occasional travel to Bristol and the UK.

The Business and Marketing Advisor will work alongside the North and South Wales Development Workers and the Community Supported Agriculture Development Worker and will be focused on delivering capacity building activities to the community growing sector. 

The post holder is required to be flexible and adaptable, with a solid understanding of business planning and processes and the ability to research, analyse and present information that can benefit individual community projects and the broader sector. This post will mainly involve office based work but an amount of travelling around Wales to visit community groups, attend meetings and events and work with partners will be required.
