ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Sustainability Consultant to support our growing professional sustainability consultancy team. EVORA is an independent, pan-European sustainability consultancy specialising in the commercial real estate sector. We also have our proprietary sustainability management software, SIERA, as well as a technical engineering division, EVORA EDGE. Our clients include Schroder Real Estate, Standard Life and Deutsche Bank.

Our approach is to provide an exceptional level of service, delivered by experienced professionals, whilst ensuring solutions are practical, simple to understand and tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning, completion and write-up of operational building level environmental and energy audits
  • Provision of monitoring and tracking consultancy to assist EVORA clients in the management of post-audit improvement management programmes
  • Environmental management System development support
  • Manage large environmental data management programmes coordinating multiple parties
  • Monitoring and analysis of energy consumption data
  • Client management

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate must have the following essential skills:

  • Environmental and Energy Audit Experience for commercial buildings
  • Detailed understanding of UK environmental legislation
  • Highly articulate and numerate
  • Strong people skills
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Degree or Masters in related subject & membership of an appropriate and recognised professional body (e.g. IEMA registered Environmental Auditor)
  • Fluency in French German desirable but not essential
